摘 要:目的:观察增液润燥汤对干燥综合征(sicca syndrome,SS)模型小鼠外周血IgA、IgG、IgM的影响,分析治疗SS的作用机制。方法:90只BALb/c小鼠随机法分为正常组,模型组,增液润燥汤低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,白芍总苷组;免疫诱导法制备SS模型; ELISA法检测IgA、IgG、IgM。结果:模型组、白芍组IgA、IgG、IgM水平高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);增液润燥汤中剂量组、高剂量组IgA、IgG水平与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。增液润燥汤各剂量组IgA、IgG、IgM水平均显著低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 01);增液润燥汤各剂量组IgG比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。增液润燥汤各剂量组、白芍总苷组肝功能、肾功能与正常组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:增液润燥汤通过降低SS小鼠IgA、IgG、IgM水平,从而抑制炎症反应,减轻颌下腺损伤是其治疗SS的机制之一,且对小鼠肝、肾功能无损害。Objective:To observe the effects of Zengye Runzao Decoction on IgA,IgG and IgM in peripheral blood of model mice with sicca syndrome (SS),and to analyze the action mechanism of that in treatment of SS.Methods:Ninety-eight BALb/c mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Zengye Runzao Decoction low-dose group,middle-dose group and high-dose group as well as total glucosides of Radix Paeoniae Alba group.SS model was prepared by using immune induction method and ELISA method was used to detect IgA,IgG,and IgM.Results :The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the model group and the total glucosides of Radix Paeoniae Alba group were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P <0.05).The levels of IgA and IgG in the medium-dose group and the high-dose group were the same as those in the normal group.The difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the dose group of Zengye Runzao Decoction were significantly lower than those in the model group (P <0.01).There was no significant difference in the IgG between the dose groups and the Zengye Runzao Decoction (P>0.05).There were no significant differences in liver function and renal function between the various dose groups of Zengye Runzao Decoction and the total glycosides of Radix Paeoniae Alba (P >0.05).Conclusion :Zengye Runzao Decoction can inhibit the inflammatory response and reduce the submandibular gland injury by reducing the levels of IgA, IgG and IgM in SS mice,and it may be one of the mechanisms in treatment of SS,without damage to liver and kidney function of mice.
