摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征病机以本虚标实,肾虚为本,肾虚以肾阳虚为主,气机失调,痰湿瘀积为标,肾虚、痰瘀引起冲任失调继而导致多囊卵巢综合征患者不孕。治当以温肾助阳化痰活血立法。李月梅教授在继承"通督调神,引气归元"的基础上联合西药注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素,将传统中医与现代医学相结合,针刺与药物双管齐下治疗顽固性多囊卵巢综合征性不孕。针灸疗法有利于胚胎着床,可促进单卵泡生长,提高卵子的质量,增加优势卵泡数,提高排卵率及妊娠率,增加子宫内膜受容性。The pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome is deficiency as primary and excess as secondary,in which Kidney deficiency,esp. Kidney yang deficiency,is the main syndrome. The disorder of Qi flow as well as Phlegm and Dampness deposit is the secondary. Kidney deficiency and Phlegm deposit lead to the dysfunction of Chong and Ren meridians,and then Infertility with polycystic ovarian syndrome in patients takes place. By using the TCM treatment method of " regulating Du meridian and Shen to lead Qi returning to the Yuan place" and western medicine injection of human chorionic gonadotropin,Professor Li Yuemei combins traditional Chinese medicine with modern medicine. She uses acupuncture and drugs to treat for refractory polycystic ovary Infertility. Acupuncture therapy is beneficial to embryo implantation and it can promote single follicle growth,improve egg quality,increase the number of dominant follicles,increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,and increase endometrial tolerance.
