摘　　要：目的:观察前列通Ⅰ号保留灌肠治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎湿热瘀阻证的临床疗效。方法:将ⅢA型前列腺炎湿热瘀阻证患者60例,随机均分成治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组予以前列通Ⅰ号150 m L保留灌肠,每日1次;对照组予前列闭尔通栓1粒塞肛,每日1次,疗程为4周。治疗前后记录美国国立卫生研究院制定的慢性前列腺炎症状评分(health chronic prostatitis symptom score,NIH-CPSI)、中医证候积分,并进行直肠前列腺触诊,取前列腺按摩液进行镜检。评价ⅢA型前列腺炎湿热瘀阻证的疗效。结果:治疗组NIH-CPSI、中医证候积分、前列腺按摩液中白细胞数目和卵磷脂小体数量改善均显著优于对照组(P值分别为0. 001,0. 000,0. 001,0. 010)。治疗组与对照组有效率分别为86. 7%和60. 0%,治疗组显著优于对照组(P=0. 041)。结论:前列通Ⅰ号保留灌肠治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎湿热瘀阻证在改善NIH-CPSI评分、中医证候积分、前列腺按摩液中白细胞数目和卵磷脂小体数量方面优于前列闭尔通栓,安全有效。Objective: To observe the curative effect of Qianlietong I in treatment Treatment of Type ⅢA Prostatitis with Damp-heat Stasis Syndrome. Methods: 60 type IIIA prostatitis patients with Damp-heat stasis resistance syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was received Qianlietong Ⅰ( 150 m L,retention enema,qd) and dthe control group received Qianlie Bier Tongshuan( 2. 2 g,into the anus,qd). The treatment course was 4 weeks. Before and after treatment,the American National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom score( NIH-CPSI) and the chronic prostatitis( hot and damp stasis resistance syndrome) symptom scores were recorded. Perform a rectal prostate palpation and take a prostate massage solution for microscopic examination. The severity and efficacy of ⅢA prostatitis with Damp-heat stasis resistance syndrome were evaluad. Results: The treatment group NIH-CPSI,TCM syndrome scores,the number of white blood cells in the prostate massage fluid and the number of lecithin bodies were significantly better than the control group( P values were0. 001,0. 000,0. 001,0. 010,respectively). The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 86. 7% and60. 0%,respectively,and that of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group( P = 0. 041). Conclusion: Qianlietong Ⅰ retention enema in treatment of type ⅢA prostatitis Damp-heat syndrome is better in improving the NIH-CPSI score,TCM syndrome score,the number of white blood cells in the prostate massage fluid and the number of lecithin bodies than Qianlie Bier Tongshuan. The clinical efficacy is safe and effective.
