摘　　要：目的:评价经筋疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效性和安全性。方法:从数据库中检索经筋疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究公开发表的文献,将纳入的文献进行Meta分析和安全性总结。结果:共纳入9篇文献,试验组540例,对照组474例。Meta分析显示经筋疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症较对照组在有效率、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、功能改善方面均优于对照组,9篇文献中无不良事件和不良反应的描述。结论:经筋疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效手段。但是文献的研究方案设计中,治疗时间、疗程没有统一的标准,有待于以后高质量的临床研究,设计科学的传统医学研究方案。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with TCM Channel Tendon Therapy.Methods:The published literature on the clinical study of lumbar disc herniation was performed from the database,and the included literature was analyzed by meta-analysis and safety.Results:A total of 9 articles were included,540 in the experimental group and 474 in the control group.Meta-analysis showed that the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with Channel Tendon therapy was superior to the control group in terms of effective rate,visual analogue scale (VAS)score,and functional improvement.There were no adverse events and side effects in 9 literatures.Conclusion :The TCM Channel Tendon treatment of lumbar disc herniation with TCM gluten therapy is safe and effective in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.However,in the research design of the literature,there is no uniform standard for treatment time and treatment.Therefore,it is necessary to design a scientific traditional medical research program in future high-quality clinical researches.
