嵌入建筑策划理论和方法的历史街区更新策略研究——以九江市庾亮南路整体更新设计为例

摘　　要：文章以现代建筑策划理论为依据,在江西省九江市庾亮南路的更新规划设计中,分析了庾亮南路历史街区在城市更新的大背景下面临的诸多问题;同时,运用CRS建筑策划理论的问题找寻法,从城市管理者、市民、建筑及环境所有者、使用者等多主体多角度对整体更新的需求及目标进行反馈并合理定位,建立完整的建筑策划信息矩阵表,在此基础上提出了历史街区更新应注重和解决的问题。对不同级别及属性的建筑的修缮、复建、改造以及环境、街道空间等的改善提出了相应的策略,并对类似项目未来的发展作了展望和预测。Based on modern architectural programming theory, this paper analyzes the problems faced by the historic district of South Yuliang Road in the renewal design of South Yuliang Road, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. At the same time,using the problem finding method of CRS architectural programming theory, it gives feedback and reasonable positioning the overall renewal requirements and goals from the multi-agent such as city managers, citizens, construction and environment participants and users;establishes a complete architectural programming information index and then, based on it,proposes the issues that should be paid attention to and solved in the renovation of historic district. The corresponding strategies for the improvement, rehabilitation, reconstruction of the buildings of different grades and attributes, and the improvement of the environment and street space are put forward, and the future development of similar projects is forecasted.
