提升新型城镇化进程中社会资金效率的构想

摘　　要：新型城镇化进程中社会资金效率显著,一方面推进了新型城镇化的发展,另一方面通过土地出让金的持续上涨支撑了财政收入的增加。根据国际经验和我国实际判断,目前我国社会资金的效率存在进一步提升的空间。而要提升社会资金效率,应从巩固现有社会资金效率出发,同时拓宽社会资金来源渠道,做实产业,合理引导社会资金流向。The efficiency of social funds in the process of new urbanization is remarkable.On the one hand,it promotes the development of new urbanization.On the other hand,it supports the increase of fiscal revenue through the continuous rise of land transfer gold.According to the international experience and the reality in our country,there is room for further improvement of the efficiency of our social funds at present.In order to improve the efficiency of social funds,we should strengthen the efficiency of the existing social funds.What's more,we also should broaden the sources of social funds and ensure that industries reasonably guide the flow of social funds.
