摘 要:为建立聚乙烯醇纤维增强水泥基复合材料(PVA-ECC)构件斜截面受剪承载力计算式,对17根PVA-ECC梁进行试验,研究了剪压破坏形态下,纤维含量、剪跨比及配箍率对构件斜截面受剪承载力的影响,并由试验数据拟合得到梁斜截面相对受压区高度ξ及临界斜裂缝水平投影长度c与剪跨比λ之间的关系式。依据简化后的PVA-ECC复合应力状态下的剪压强度准则,结合试验结果与构件斜截面静力平衡条件,推导出PVA-ECC梁斜截面受剪承载力计算公式。结果表明:与普通混凝土梁相比,在基材轴心抗压强度相同的情况下,PVA-ECC梁受剪承载力较高;通过与试验结果及所收集的大量试验数据进行比较,该式计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。In order to establish the oblique section shear capacity catculation formula of PVA-ECC (engineered cementitious composite with polyvinyl alcohol fiber)beam,17PVA-ECC beams were tested to research the effects of fiber content,shear-span ratio and stirrup ratio on shear capacity.And the fitting relation of ξ(the height of the relative compression zone)to A(shear-span ratio)and c(horizontal projection length of critical oblique cracks)to A were obtained by experimental data.The expression of compressive shear strength criterion of combined stress was reasonably simplified,build upon that and both experimental results and oblique section static equilibrium condition, the shear capacity calculation formula of PVA-ECC beam was presented in the paper.The results showed that compared with ordinary concrete beams,the shear strength of PVA-ECC beams was higher under the same axial compressive strength.It was found that the results obtained from this calculation formula were in good agreement with the testing outcome,as well as comparable to experimental data.
