摘 要:为探讨钢纤维钢筋混凝土人防墙板的防护效能,以8块对边简支钢筋混凝土板为试验对象,分别采用3种不同拉结筋的布置形式、3种不同等级的混凝土、3种不同的配筋率进行了落锤冲击试验,结果表明:在相同冲击能量作用下,未掺钢纤维的钢筋混凝土板出现了冲切破坏,其余板试件均发生弯冲破坏且沿冲击部位板底环向裂缝明显、径向裂缝增多,主裂缝沿对角线方向向四角发展;掺纤维混凝土的板抵抗变形的能力及延性均好于未掺纤维混凝土的板,配筋率的提高可有效提高钢筋混凝土板的抗冲击能力;混凝土强度等级及板拉结钢筋的布置形式对提高板的抗冲击能力影响不明显;在冲击荷载作用下拉结钢筋的应变反应剧烈且冲击部位周边各点的应变响应曲线基本一致,在人防工程钢筋混凝土墙板内有效设置拉结钢筋且完满拉住上下层钢筋,使得受力钢筋和受压区混凝土整体协同工作,可有效抵抗冲击振动荷载,从而改善人防墙板的防护效能。In order to research the protection efficacy of steel fiber reinforced concrete civil air defence panel, 8 pieces of opposite edges simply supported panels were thought as the research object and the falling weight impact test was carried out by the panels with three kinds of arrangement of tie reinforcement, three different strength grad of concrete and three different reinforcement ratios. The results showed that under the effect of impact loading, panels without fiber appeared punching failure and failure mode of others were that along the bottom of impact position, circumferential splits were obvious and increasing radial cracks spread along the diagoal lie to four corners in the same time. The ability of resisting deformation and ductility of panels mixed with steel fiber concrete were better than those without steel fiber concrete, the increasing of reinforced ratio could improve the ability of impact resistance of reinforced concrete panels effectively. The reinforced concrete strength grade and arrangement of tie reinforcement had little effect on promoting impact resistance ability of panels. Under the effect of impact loading, the strain response of tie-reinforcement was strong,and the strain response curves of points around the impact part were basically in agreement. Effectively arranging tie reinforcement and fully holding the upper and lower layers reinforcement in the civil air defence reinforced concrete panel could coordinate the load-bearing reinforcement and compressive zone concrete and resisted impact vibration load,thus improving the protection efficiency of steel fiber reinforced concrete panel.
