摘　　要：根据助剂Miralan LTD低温染色作用,制定羊毛低温染色工艺。采用助剂Miralan LTD在85℃下进行低温染色,可以减少对羊毛纤维的损伤,节约能源。通过对羊毛低温染色和常规染色进行对比,对染色羊毛的上染百分率、皂洗色牢度和干摩擦牢度、匀染性、强力进行测试,发现低温染色后纤维断裂强力提高,色牢度也有所改善,上染百分率、匀染性能达到与常规高温沸染相同的效果。该低温染色工艺对企业的实际生产具有一定的指导作用。The dyeing process of wool at 85℃ was designed based on the performance of Miralan LTD to reduce the damage to wool fibers and saving energy. The dye-uptake percentage,color fastness to soaping,dry rubbing fastness,levelness and fiber strength of low temperature dyeing process were tested, by contrast with ordinary dyeing process, the strength and fastness of fiber dyed at low temperature were improved,and dye-uptake percentage,color fastness to soaping were similar with ordinary dyeing. The study of low temperature dyeing process is beneficial for practical production.
