摘 要:2014年4~9月,对涨渡湖水体的氨氮、硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮、总氮、总磷、浮游生物等进行了每月一次的调查和分析。结果显示:涨渡湖水体已中度富营养化;主要富营养化因子为氮;氮的富营养化评价指数波动于52~69,磷的富营养化评价指数波动于26~50。浮游植物的Shannon-Wiener指数波动于1.38~1.74,Pielou指数波动于0.34~0.43,Simpson,s指数波动于0.54~0.67,McNaughton指数波动于0.68~0.92,Margalef指数波动于3.21~3.65,生物多样性综合指数波动于1.76~1.62。涨渡湖水体的富营养化程度正在迅速加重;水体富营养化主要原因是面源污染;渔业生产对涨渡湖浮游生物群落结构有显著的负面影响,并提出了保护涨渡湖水域环境,防止其富营养化程度进一步加剧的相关措施。The value of ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and plankton in the Zhangdu Lake were investigated and analyzed from April to September in 2014.The results showed that the water eutrophication was at the middle level.The main factor was nitrogen.The eutrophication index for nitrogen fluctuated from 52 to 69,and from 26 to 50 for phosphorus.The Phytoplankton Shannon-Wiener index fluctuated from 1.38 to 1.74and the Pielou index fluctuated from 0.34 to 0.43.The Simpsons index fluctuated from 0.54 to 0.67,the McNaughton index from 0.68 to 0.92,the Margalef index from 3.21 to 3.65 and the biodiversity index from 1.76 to 1.62.The degree of the water eutrophication was becoming serious rapidly.The eutrophication was mainly caused by non-point pollution and the fishery production play a significant negative impact on the plankton structure.In this study,we put forward some measures to protect the environment of the lake and prevent further eutrophication.
