摘 要:在一种新型连续混合附着生长反应器(CMAGR)中,将糖蜜废水作为厌氧发酵生物制氢的底物,在连续流动条件下,将曝气预处理的污泥附着在颗粒活性炭上。结果表明,CMAGR系统在进水COD为2000~6000mg/L、水力停留时间(HRT)为6h、温度为35c的条件下运行,当pH值和氧化还原电位(ORP)分别为4.16和-434mV时,运行40天后,形成稳定的乙醇型发酵,乙醇和乙酸盐的浓度之和占液体总产物的89.3%。据估计,沼气中的H:含量和化学需氧量(COD)去除率分别为46.6%和13%。还研究了有机负载率(OLRs)对CMAGR制氢系统的影响。发现氢气产量从3.72毫摩尔/升增加到12.51毫摩尔/升,因为OLR从8千克/立方米增加到32千克/立方米。在OLR为32千克/m^3d时,最大产氢速率为12.51毫摩尔/升,在OLR为16千克/m^3d时,底物消耗的最大产氢速率为130.57毫摩尔/升。pH值越大,越有利于丁酸的生产,pH值为4.14时,pH值最高可达0.51摩尔/摩尔。然而,pH值在3.4-3.6和4.1-4.4之间波动时,乙醇/乙酸盐的比例大于1.1,这表明这些pHs有利于乙醇型发酵。因此,连续混合附着生长反应器(cMAGR)可能是一种很有前途的生物氢发酵附着生长系统。Molasses wastewater was evaluated as substrate for biohydrogen production by anaerobic fermentation in a novel continuous mixed attached growth reactor (CMAGR)with aeration pretreated sludge attached onto granular activated carbon under continuous flow condition.It was indicated that the CMAGR system was operated at the conditions of influent COD of 2000-6000mg/L,hydraulic retention time (HRT)of 6h and temperature of 35℃,when the pH value and oxidation-reduction potential (ORP)ranged from 4.16 and -434mV respectively,stable ethanol -type fermentation was formed with the sum of ethanol and acetate concentration ratio of 89.3%to the total liquid products after 40 days operation.The H2 content in biogas and chemical oxygen demand (COD)removal were estimated to be 46.6%and 13%,respectively.It was also investigated that the effects of organic loading rates (OLRs)on CMAGR hydrogen production system.It was found that hydrogen production yield increased from 3.72mmol/hL to 12.51mmol/hL as OLRs increased from 8kg/m^3d to 32kg/m^3d. The maximum hydrogen production rate of 12.51mmol/hL at a OLR of 32kg/m^3d and the maximum hydrogen yield by substrate consumed was 130.57mmol/mol happened at OLR of 16kg/m^3d.Greater pHs appeared to be favour to butyrate production and the maximum of 0.51mol/mol was obtained at pH of 4.14.However,ethanol/ acetate ratio was greater than 1.1at pH fluctuated between 3.4-3.6 and 4.1-4.4 which indicated that these pHs were favour to ethanol type fermentation.Therefore,the continuous mixed attached growth reactor (CMAGR)could be a promising attached growth system for biohydrogen fermentation.
