摘 要:推土机松土器横梁一般为焊接结构件,主要由大直径钢管和齿套焊接而成,几何尺寸大,承载能力强,是松土器的重要受力构件,也是保证松土器正常工作的重要构件。由于横梁齿套形状复杂,松土器工作过程中齿杆受到的冲击载荷往往会直接作用到相配齿套上,这无疑对齿套的强度和冲击韧性等力学性能提出了较高要求。结合某型大功率推土机松土器横梁齿套失效原因分析,对松土器结构件进行改进设计,实际应用表明,改进取得了良好效果。As a rule the bulldozer’s ripper beam adopts a welding construction, which consists mainly of a tube section in large diameter and the welded shank pocket in large geometric dimensions, strong in load-bearing capability as an important stressed component of the ripper, and also as an key component to ensure normal operation of the ripper. Due to complexity of the shank pocket in shape that impact loads would usually act onto the pocket during a ripper operation, which,no doubt, leads to higher requirements for the pocket’s strength,impact resistant toughness, and other mechanical property.In consideration of such a big type high power bulldozer’s failure at the ripper shank pockets on the beam, which has to be analyzed to detect the trouble cause before an improvement design on the ripper’s structural components. Practical applications show that such an improvement has got good results.
