白色念球菌对小鼠阴道内β-防御素-2表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨白色念球菌对小鼠阴道内β-防御素-2表达的影响。方法将白色念球菌按约500个/(0. 5 mL·只)注入小鼠阴道,建立阴道感染模型,于建模0、24、48和72 h经尾部采血,检测白细胞数量;建模72 h将小鼠断颈处死,取其阴道组织,通过免疫荧光和Western blot检测β-防御素-2的表达。结果随着感染时间的增加,小鼠血液中白细胞数显著增加(P <0. 05),小鼠阴道内β-防御素-2的表达水平显著增加(P <0. 05)。结论白色念球菌可显著提高小鼠阴道内β-防御素-2的表达,为β-防御素-2的进一步研究奠定了基础。Objective To investigate the effect of Candida albicans on expression of β-defensin-2in vagina of mice. Methods C.albicans was injected into the vagina of mice,about 500 bacteria/0.5mL for each,to establish the vaginal infection model.Blood samples were collected 0,24,48 and 72h after the establishment of model and determined for the number of leukocytes.The mice were kille.d 72h after establishment of model,of which the vaginal tissue was collected and determined for the expression of β-defensin-2by IFA and Western blot.Results With the increasing time for infection,both the number of leukocytes in blood and the expression level of β-defensin-2in vagina of mice increased significantly (each P <0.05).Conclusion C.albicans,increased the expression level of β-defensin-2in vagina,which laid a foundation of further study on β-defensin-2.
