摘　　要：目的:评价丁溴东莨菪碱注射液的的合理用药情况。方法:对我院2016年1月-2017年7月收集到的3695例使用丁溴东莨菪碱注射液的有效病例进行分类统计和分析,包括性别、年龄、疗程、高风险患者用药情况、药品不良反应情况、联合用药情况。结果:高风险患者用药较为普遍,高风险患者药品不良反应发生率是低风险患者的7.63倍。联合用药较为普遍,存在潜在药物相互作用的病例占1.98%。结论:应严格执行药品说明书的用药要求,关注高风险患者、重点疾病用药与药物食物相互作用,降低发生药品不良反应的风险,确保用药安全。Objective:To evaluate the rational use of Scopolamine Butylbromide Injections.Methods:3695 effective cases treated.with Scopolamine Butylbromide Injection from January 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital were collected and analyzed for the following items:gender,age,course of treatment,medication in high risk patients,adverse drug reactions and combined drug use as well.Results:The medication in high risk patients was common.The incidence of adverse drug reactions in high risk patients was 7.63 times that of low risk patients. Combined drug use was common of which 1.98% cases had potential drug interactions.Conclusion:We should strictly follow the requirements of the drug instructions,pay attention to high risk patients,medication for key diseases and interactions between drugs and food in order to reduce the risk of adverse drug reactions and ensure the safety of medication.
