摘  要:高炉专家系统是近几十年铁前数模技术高度集成的典型代表,回顾了铁前专家系统的发展历程和概况,剖析了高炉专家系统技术存在的历史局限性和技术瓶颈,着重介绍了近年来铁前数模技术的继承与发展,以及取得的成效,最后从钢铁行业需求出发,探讨了大数据及机器学习技术在铁前领域尤其是高炉领域的应用前景和研究方向。The blast furnace expert system is a typical representative of the highly integrated mathematical modeling technology in the iron-making area in recent decades.The development history and the general situation of the iron-making expert system were reviewed,and historical limitations and technical bottlenecks of the expert system technology were analyzed.Furthermore,the inheritance and the progress of the iron-making mathematical modeling technology in recent years were introduced,as well as achieved results.Finally,according to the actual requirement and status of the present steel industry,application prospects and research directions of big data and machine learning technology in the iron-making area were discussed,especially in the blast furnace area.
