摘 要:储罐火灾具有燃烧猛烈、火焰温度高、辐射热强的特点,改进储罐消防设施,研究储罐火灾扑救技术,对于控制和减少储罐事故具有重要意义。油库固定消防系统立足于扑救储罐初期火灾和密封圈雷击火灾,存在泡沫损耗量大、有喷射盲区、到达液面时间长等问题,还不具备扑灭大型储罐全面积火灾的消防能力。介绍了储罐罐顶自动消防炮、储罐自动泡沫灭火单元、移动式大流量泡沫炮等国内外储罐火灾扑救技术的进展。借鉴国外油库消防技术的先进经验,对于提高中国油库消防系统可靠性和应急保障能力具有重要的意义。Tank fires are characterized by fierce combustion,high flame temperature and strong radiant heat.It is of great significance to improve fire protection facilities and to study fire-fighting technology of storage tanks for controlling and reducing storage tank accidents.The fixed fire-fighting system of oil depot is based on extinguishing initial fire of the storage tank and lightning fire of sealing ring.The system has the problems of large foam loss,jet blind area and long time to reach the liquid level,it also does not have ability to extinguish fire in the whole area of large scale storage tank.The development of storage tank fire-fighting techniques at home and abroad of automatic fire extinguishing gun on the top of storage tank,automatic foam firefighting unit,mobile large flow foam gun are introduced.Referring to advanced experience of oil depot fire-fighting techniques from offshore,it is of great significance to improve reliability and emergency guaranteeing capability of oil depot firefighting system in China.
