摘　　要：质量流量计在计量交接过程中缺少有效追踪和数据支持,导致计量数据偏差,产生了计量纠纷的问题。开发了质量流量计远程智能诊断系统,可实现质量流量计的实时监控和远程智能诊断。通过对不良生产工艺的快速优化和对设备故障的快速处理来保障测量可信度,提高质量流量计的运行可靠性和无故障时间,减少处理滞后带来的损失,为精准计量提供预测性维护管理,节省了维护成本,减少了计量纠纷。Due to short of valid tracing and data support for mass flowmeter in custody transferring metering process,metering data deviation is brought about and metering disputes are generated during custody transfer metering.A mass flowmeter remote intelligent diagnostic system is developed.Intelligent real-time monitoring and remote diagnosis can be realized for mass flowmeter.Through fast optimizing the poor process and quick response to equipment failure,measurement reliability is guaranteed;the operation reliability and time between failures is improved;the losses from delayed response is reduced;predictive maintenance management for precise metering is provided;the maintenance costs is saved;metering disputes are reduced.
