摘 要:将微波质量流量计应用于气体钻井排砂管岩屑质量流量检测中,设计出了岩屑质量微波检测系统,并根据微波质量流量计工作原理,以及雷达理论和多普勒效应理论,分析推导微波回波信号中多普勒频率与岩屑颗粒运动速度之间的关系,并根据工程实际在合理假设和简化测量条件的基础上,仿真出了微波回波信号。该信号为广义平稳信号,为分析推导微波信号与排砂管中岩屑质量流量之间的关系奠定了基础。The microwave mass flowmeter is used to detect the cuttings mass flow of sand drain pipe in air drilling.The cutting quality measuring system is designed.Based on the detecting principle of microwave mass flowmeter,radar theory and Doppler effects theory, the relationship of the Doppler frequency and the moving speed of cuttings in microwave echo signal is derived theoretically.Based on reasonable hypothesis and simplification on actual project of sand drain pipe microwave detecting mass flow,microwave echo signal is simulated.The simulation signal is a generalized stationary signal.Basics for further analyzing and inducing the relationship of the cutting mass flow and microwave echo signal are established.
