类风湿关节炎缓解期从伏毒论治探讨

摘　　要：伏毒是一种由内外多种致病邪气合成的毒邪,是类风湿关节炎(RA)缓解期的重要病理因素,其隐伏、缠绵、暗耗、暴戾、杂合、多变等特点与RA缓解期慢性、进行性、侵袭性、易复发性、致残性的病理特点相吻合,故伏毒理论对RA缓解期的临床辨治具有指导作用。运用伏毒理论指导RA缓解期的治疗,应以扶正为本,治法包括补气化毒、清解伏毒、调养结合三个方面。Latent toxin is a mixture of internal and external pathogenic factors and is an important pathological factor of rheumatoid arthritis (RA)in remission stage.It is latent,lingering,exhausting,cruel,fierce, heterozygous and fickle.These characteristics are consistent with the pathological characteristics of RA in remission stage,including chronic,progressive,invasive,recurrent and disabling.Therefore,the latent toxin theory has a guidance function to the clinical differentiation and treatment of RA in remission stage.Under the guidance of the latent theory,the treatment of RA in remission stage should focus on strengthening the healthy qi.The methods include tonifying qi and resolving toxin,clearing latent toxin and preserving health.
