荷叶黑茶对内生湿热证患者证候的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察荷叶黑茶对内生湿热证患者临床症状的改善作用及相关代谢指标的影响。方法:选择内生湿热证患者143例,予健康教育后,让患者服用荷叶黑茶,日1次,每次1包,每包10 g。服用1个月后,观察患者湿热蕴结相关症状及血压、空腹血糖水平变化。结果:(1)服用荷叶黑茶后,患者内生湿热证相关症状均明显改善,临床总有效率均在60%以上。(2)高血压、糖尿病患者血压、空腹血糖水平较治疗前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)部分患者痤疮、脱发、失眠、胸闷等症状明显改善。结论:荷叶黑茶能清利湿热,改善内生湿热证患者湿热蕴结证候表现,同时具有降压降糖作用。Objective :To observe the effect of lotus leaf black tea on the improvement of clinical symptoms and related metabolic indexes of patients with endogenous damp-heat syndrome.Methods:A total of 143 patients with endogenous damp-heat syndrome were selected as the study objects.After health education,the patients were given lotus leaf black tea once a day,once a pack of 10 g.After one month,the clinical symptoms ,blood pressure and fasting blood glucose levels of the patients were observed.Results:(1)After taking lotus leaf black tea,the symptoms of endogenous damp-heat syndrome were significantly improved and the total effective rates were all above 60%.(2)The levels of blood pressure and fasting blood glucose in patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus were significantly lower than those before treatment and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).(3)Some patients with acne,alopecia,insomnia,oppression in chest and other symptoms improved significantly.Conclusion:Lotus leaf black tea can clearing dampness and heat,improve the symptoms of endogenous damp-heat syndrome,as well as lower blood pressure and decrease blood glucose.
