摘　　要：美国波士顿128公路、旧金山101公路,以路为轴,聚才兴业,集聚了数以千计的研究机构和技术型企业,形成世界闻名的高科技创新走廊。万里之外的山东章丘,正对标国际先进经验,以经十东路为轴,推动产城融合,谱写高质量发展新篇章。“去年以来,我们致力与济南主城区产业融合,沿经十东路打造科创大走廊,在绣源河周边打造省会城市群中央活动区,以‘一廊一区’促进动能转换、推动高质量发展。”中共章丘区委书记刘天东介绍,动能转换转出了产城融合,换来了效益提升。今年前三季度,该区工业用电量30.9亿千瓦时,增长5.3%;规模以上工业完成主营业务收入1382.9亿元、利税142.1亿元,分别增长13.4%、6%。Learning from international advanced experiences,Zhangqiu district has opened up a new period of high-quality development for city-industry integration."Since last year,we have been committed to industrial integration with the main urban areas of Jinan,building a scientific innovation corridor along Jingshi East Road and a central activity zone of the provincial capital group around Xiuyuan River,in order to boost the transition from old to new growth drivers and high-quality development,"Liu Tiandong,secretary of the CPC Zhangqiu District Committee said.The transition from old to new growth drivers helps fuel the city-industry integration and increase the efficiency.In the first three quarters of 2018,industrial electricity consumption increased by 5.3 percent to 3.09 billion kilowatt-hours.Operating income and tax revenue of industrial enterprises above designated size reached 138.29 billion yuan and 14.21 billion yuan,increased by 13.4 percent and 6 percent respectively.
