消暑促精散对夏季公兔生殖能力的影响

摘　　要：为了探究中药饲料添加剂"消暑促精散"对夏季公兔生殖能力的影响,选取24只成年新西兰种公兔,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组12只,试验组每天饲喂中药4. 4 g/只。公兔每3 d采精一次,记录爬跨情况,检测采精量、精子总数、密度、存活率、畸形率,试验第30天测量体温,第35天剖杀,取睾丸、附睾制备切片并观察。结果显示,试验组有爬跨行为公兔数增为(8. 46±1. 16)只/d,公兔采精量升高为0. 79±0. 16 m L,精子总数升高为(1 858. 31±461. 25)个/20μL,精子密度升高为(2. 0581±0. 42) 107/m L,精子畸形率降为(29. 12±0. 0784)%,与对照组相比差异显著(P <0. 05),精子存活率升高,公兔体温为(38. 24±0. 39)℃,处于正常水平。试验结果表明,"消暑促精散"对夏季公兔生殖能力有促进作用。To explore the effects of Xiaoshucujing Powder on male rabbits' reproductive capacity in summer,we used“Xiaoshucujing Powder”as the studying object.24 adult New Zealand breeding male rabbits were selected and were randomly divided into 2 groups,the experimental group and the control group with 12 in each group.The rabbits in the experimental group were fed with the powder at a dose of 4.4 g /d.The experiment lasted for 35 days.The semen of male rabbits were collected every 3 days,and then we recorded their mount behaviors,measured the volume,amount,density,survival rate,aberration rate of the semen collected,and measured the temperature on the 30th day.On the 35th day all the male rabbits were euthanized and the sections of their testes and epididymides were prepared.The results showed that the mount behaviors of the rabbits using“Xiaoshucujing Powder”was up to 8.46 ± 1.16 every day,the volume of the semen was up to 0.79 ± 0.16 mL,and the semen's amount was up to 1 858.31 ± 461.25 every 20 μL,the semen's density was up to 2.0581 ± 0.42 107 /mL,and the semen's aberration rate was down to 29.12 ± 0.0784 %, the difference from the control group was obvious.The survival rate of semen was increased,and the temperature of male was on normal level 38.24 ± 0.39 ℃.These results indicate that“Xiaoshucujing Powder”does have a positive impact on male rabbits' reproductive capacity in summer.
