犬抗凝血灭鼠药中毒模型的建立及犬新鲜冰冻血浆治疗效果分析

摘　　要：为评价犬新鲜冰冻血浆对抗凝血灭鼠药中毒的治疗效果,利用健康比格犬建立抗凝血灭鼠药中毒模型,监测发病症状及治疗过程中身体指标变化情况,将犬新鲜冰冻血浆与维生素K1联合使用作为治疗手段与维生素K1作为治疗手段进行对比,评价治疗效果。结果发现,犬抗凝血灭鼠药中毒症状主要以可视黏膜发白,凝血不良引起的各种类型出血为主;血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、总蛋白(T-Rro)、血浆纤维蛋白原(Alb)不同程度降低,凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部P分凝血活酶时间(APTT),升高。利用犬新鲜冰冻血浆进行辅助治疗时,出血症状会很快减轻,并且PT、APTT指标恢复较快,输注2 d与4 d的疗效无显著差异。组织多处出血和可视黏膜发白是抗凝血灭鼠药中毒的主要临床特征,PT和APTT是该中毒病比较准确的诊断指标,犬新鲜冰冻血浆与维生素K1联合使用对治疗此类中毒具有很好的疗效。In order to study the therapeutic effect of canine fresh frozen plasma on anticoagulant rodenticide toxicosis in Beagle dog,a toxic model was established.The toxic symptom and biochemical index were evaluated in Beagle dogs,and the therapeutic effect of canine fresh frozen plasma was compared with that of Vitamine K1 .The results showed that visible mucous membrane pale,and hemorrhaged in multiple tissues were observed in toxic dogs.The value of HGB、RBC、HCT、T-Rro、Alb were decreased with different extents, and those of PT and APTT were increased.After treated with fresh frozen plasma,the phenomenon of hemorrhage was reduced and the value of PT and APTT were decreas to the normal level soon.The results suggest that hemorrhage in multiple tissues and visible mucosa pale are the main clinical characteristics of anticoagulant rodenticide toxicosis in dogs ,the value of PT and APTT can be a relatively accurate diagnosis indexes for toxicosis,and the combined use of fresh frozen plasma and vitamin K1 is effective in the treatment of the disease.
