摘 要:为节约油田水资源,同时减少压裂处理中的废水排放,提出将胍胶压裂返排废水处理后回用。针对返排废水成分复杂、量大不集中、易发生腐败变臭、难处理等特点,采用电絮凝技术对其进行处理。结果表明,不加入任何化学药剂,以Al为极板,电流密度123.5~185.2 A/m^2、极板间距40 mm,输出电流4~6A,处理时间20~30 min的条件下,可实现快速脱稳沉降分离,处理后返排废水的浊度≤16.1 NTU,离子组成不发生变化,水样中的大分子有机物残留量显著下降,絮凝残渣以无定型晶体无机物KCl为主,水质各项指标达到油田现场回用要求。To save the water resources and also reduce the wastewater discharged in the oilfields, the reuse of treated guargum fracturing wastewater was proposed. Aimed at the fracturing wastewater is difficult to handle due to complex composition, large amount but hard to centralize, and easy to corrupt and stink, the electrocoagulation technology was applied to treat the wastewater. The results showed that, by using the following conditions: without chemical agent dosage, Al as electrode plates, the current density was 123.5~185.2 A/m^2, the output current was 4~6 A, the plate spacing was 40 mm, and the treat time was 20~30 min, a rapid destabilization and settling separation was achieved. The turbidity of the treated wastewater was less than 16.1 NTU, the ions of the water sample did not change before and after the treatment, the residual amount of macromolecule organic compounds in water samples decreased significantly and the flocculation residue was mainly amorphous crystal KCl-based inorganic substance, and the indexes of the water quality reached the reuse requirements in oilfield.
