摘 要:采用改进的A^3/O-MBR工艺对南方某城市污水厂初沉池出水(第1阶段)和进水(第2阶段)进行中试处理,探究了该工艺抗底物冲击负荷的能力,分析了系统脱氮除磷的潜能,考查了原位曝气抑制膜污染的作用。结果表明,改进的A^3/O-MBR工艺抗冲击负荷的能力强,能够承担COD容积负荷0.25~5.25 kg/(m^3·d)的有机污染荷载;两阶段出水COD分别为15.87 mg/L和31.70 mg/L,去除率分别为92.34%和98.27%;高有机负荷能有效缓解脱氮与除磷的碳源争夺;第2阶段实验出水TN、TP的质量浓度分别为7.2、0.44 mg/L,TN和TP去除率分别比第1阶段提高了约44个和48个百分点。原位曝气能够有效地抑制可逆污染,缓解膜污染的进一步恶化。A pilot process of improved A^3/O-MBR was used to treat the effluent (first stage) and influent (second stage) of the primary sedimentation tank of a municipal wastewater treatment plant in a southern city. The resistance to substrate impact load and nitrogen and phosphorus removal potential of the process were investigated, while the role of in-situ aeration to inhibit membrane fouling was also discussed. The results showed that the improved A^3/O-MBR process had strong impact load resistance, and could bear the organic pollution load of COD volumetric loading of 0.25~5.25kg/(m^3·d). The COD of the two-stage test effluents were 15.87 mg/L and 31.70 mg/L, and the removal rates were 92.34% and 98.27%, respectively. The higher organic load could effectively alleviate the carbon source competition between denitrification and phosphorus removal. The mass concentration of TN and TP of the second stage test effluent were 7.21 mg/L and 0.44 mg/L, respectively, compared to the first stage, the TN and TP removal rates were increased by about 44% and 48%, respectively. In-situ aeration can effectively suppress reversible pollution and alleviate further deterioration of membrane fouling.
