摘　　要：以某预制构件厂厂区建设为研究背景,针对厂区前期建设及改造过程中厂区总体规划及生产线建设的工艺布局,探索当前装配式建筑行业投资建厂过程中的难题及解决方法,为装配式建筑预制构件投资建厂及生产线的生产管理提供参考。Taking the construction of a prefabricated element factory area as the research background,aiming at the overall planning of the factory area and the process layout of the production line during the early stage of construction and renovation of factory area,this paper explores the problems and solutions in the process of investment and construction of the current fabricated building industry,which can provide references for the factory investment and construction as well as the production line management for the prefabricated building elements.
