摘　　要：结合具体工程案例,介绍了预制混凝土构件的生产组织方法,并对在施工现场生产组织方法中的分段流水生产、绘制进度网络计划图等方式进行优化和进度控制研究,探索和分析其相对于车间现有生产组织方式的优势与不足。Combined with the specific engineering case,this paper introduces the production management method of PC,optimization and schedule control study for segmental construction production and scheduling network blueprint drawing in the production management method of construction site,and the advantages and disadvantages have been explored and analyzed comparing to the existing production management method.
