摘 要:目的分析新疆四地(州、市)部分艾滋病病毒(HIV)阳性人群中HIV毒株的序列,了解新疆HIV-1亚型的流行趋势。方法2015年选取新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州、阿克苏地区、吐鲁番地区和克拉玛依市为现场,采集HIV阳性人群样本250份进行HIV-1亚型的检测、分析和流行病学调查。结果成功获得序列206条,190条序列为CRF07-BC亚型、占92.23%,16条为其他亚型、占7.77%,其中7条为CRF01-AE亚型、1条为CRF08-BC亚型、1条A亚型、3条B亚型、3条为Disc、1条为Urf。结论新疆HIV毒株亚型有由单一性向多向性和复杂性演变的变化趋势,应加强HIV分子流行病学调查以监测新疆HIV的流行趋势。Objective To understand the epidemic trend of subtype HIV-1 by analyzing the sequences of HIV strains among part of HIV infectors in four prefectures (cities) of Xinjiang. Methods In 2015, Ili Kazak autonomous prefecture, Aksu prefecture, Turpan prefecture and Karamay city of Xinjiang were selected as the fields to collected samples of 250 HIV infectors for detecting and analyzing subtype HIV-1, and conducting epidemiological survey. Results There were 206 sequences successfully obtained. Out of them, 190 sequences (92.23%) were CRF07-BC, 16 (7.77%) were other subtypes, including 7 of CRF01-AE, 1 of CRF08-BC, 1 of A, 3 of B, 3 of Disc and 1 of Urf . Conclusions The HIV subtype in Xinjiang shows a trend from unicity to multidirection and complexity. Molecular epidemiological survey of HIV should be strengthened for HIV surveillance in Xinjiang.
