摘　　要：通过问卷调查,将城市社会适应性作为前因变量,采用假设检验和结构方程模型方法分析了城市新市民的社会适应性对休闲限制因素的影响和作用机制。结果显示:社会适应对个人限制、结构限制和人际限制3类因素均产生直接影响,同时还通过个人限制的中介作用对人际限制和结构限制产生间接影响;社会适应对休闲限制因素的总体影响大小依次为结构限制、人际限制和个人限制。根据研究结果,认为提高新市民自身的城市社会适应性可以削弱各类休闲限制因素的不利影响,有助于新市民改善其休闲参与水平。Leisure plays extremely important role for human’s growth and development. With the continuous deepening of urbanization in China for decades,a large amount of migrant workers, university graduates, and entrepreneurs have flooded into cities to become new citizens. A great deal of surveys and studies have found that these new citizens have insufficient participation in the city’s leisure activities. The daily leisure life of new urban citizens in the place of entry is hampered by various restrictions on leisure. Meanwhile,inadequate urban social adaptability may reinforce this leisure barrier. A questionnaire survey’s population of the study consists of urban new citizen from Guangzhou. Accounting the sample of the study consisted of totaling 411 people which was selected convenience sampling method. Taking urban social adaptability as an antecedent variable,hypothesis testing and structural equation modeling methods were used to study the effect of social adaptability of urban new citizens on leisure constraint factors and their mechanisms of action. Model testing success to replicate the hypothesized. The study finds that social adaptation has a direct effect on three types of factors: intrapersonal constraints (path coefficient 0. 68),interpersonal constraints (path coefficient 0. 20),and structural constraints (path coefficient 0. 30). It also has an indirect effect on interpersonal constraints and structural constraints through the mediation of intrapersonal constraint. Among the overall effect of social adaptation on leisure constraints,structural constraints (0. 80) are most serious followed by interpersonal (0. 76) and then intrapersonal constraints (0. 68). At the same time,in the three-factor model of leisure constraints,the degree of influence of intrapersonal constraints on interpersonal constraints(0.82)is greater than the impact on structural constraints(0.74).However,the effect of interpersonal constraints on structural constraints was not significant.According to the research results,improvi
