摘　　要：新中国成立后,传统的渔业合作组织已很难适应持续增产和常年作业的要求,建立新型的生产互助合作组织成为必然要求。与农业生产合作社相似,山东日照的渔业合作组织也是按照互助组、初级社和高级社逐次推进的。组织起来的渔民展示了集体的力量,在一定程度上满足了扩大渔业生产的要求。不过,由于盲目追求速度,各项制度未能及时跟进,也曾出现过管理混乱的状况。After the founding of New China,the traditional fishery cooperative organizations had been difficult to meet the requirements of continuous increase in production and permanent operations. It was necessary to establish a new type of production mutual aid cooperative organizations.Similar to agricultural production cooperatives,the fishery cooperatives in Rizhao,Shandong,had been promoted step by step in accordance with the mutual aid group,primary and senior cooperatives.The organized fishermen demonstrated the collective strength and to a certain extent met the requirements of expanding fishery production.However,due to the blind pursuit of speed,the various systems failed to follow up in a timely manner and there had been a situation of management chaos.
