大型综合性医院的中西医结合临床硕士学位点人才培养优劣势分析及改革建议

摘　　要：大型综合性医院的中西医结合临床硕士学位授权点与高等中医药院校附属医院相比有着天然的优势和不足,大型综合性医院平台优势和西医科室的平台优势明显,但也存在中医学科规模小、资源投入不足、中医病种局限性、中医氛围差等劣势和不足。通过对优劣势的深入分析,提出了在院内深入建设中西医结合诊疗模式并发扬师承教育、在院外联手中医药院校附属医院协同培养等改革建议,以期培养出既具有中医传统思维又具有临床实用性的中西医结合硕士研究生。The degree program of integrated clinical Chinese and Western medicine has natural advantages and disadvantages in large general hospitals compared with affiliated hospitals of TCM universities and colleges.The reform suggestions are put forward including deeply constructing therapeutic mode integrated Chinese and Western medicine,developing disciple education and combining affiliated hospitals of TCM universities.The purpose is to training postgraduates with TCM thinking and clinical utility.
