中医药对胃肠疾病水分子通道蛋白3、4作用研究进展

摘　　要：水通道蛋白是一类具有同源性的内在膜蛋白家族。目前在哺乳动物中发现了13种亚型,广泛分布于动植物的组织中,各自介导着不同细胞膜的跨膜水转运,与很多疾病的发生发展有重要关系。AQP3、AQP4在消化系统中分布广泛,在胃肠道正常生理功能以及病理功能中起着重要作用。AQP3、AQP4与很多胃肠道疾病如慢性胃炎、腹泻、便秘、胃癌、结肠癌等密切相关。通过查阅大量文献发现很多学者对AQP3、AQP4与胃肠疾病之间的关系,以及中医药治疗胃肠疾病前后AQP3、AQP4是否有变化进行了深入的研究。本文将近几年的研究成果进行综述,希望能对中医药治疗胃肠疾病提供新思路。Aquaporin is a kind of homologous inner membrane protein family.Until now,13 subtypes have been found in mammals. Aquaporins are widely distributed in the tissues of animals and plants and each mediate transmembrane water transport of different cell membranes. AQP3 and AQP4 are widely distributed in the digestive system and play an important role in the normal physiological and pathological functions of the gastrointestinal tract. AQP3 and AQP4 are closely related with many gastrointestinal diseases such as chronic gastritis,diarrhea,constipation,stomach cancerand colon cancer. Through consulting a large number of literatures,many scholars focused on the relationship between AQP3 and AQP4 and traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. In this paper,the research results are summarized,hoping to provide new ideas for treatment of gastrointestinal diseases by using traditional Chinese medicines.
