摘 要:针对区域防空部署中以总体为准则的部署方法存在的局部目标防护不足的问题,提出一种对重要掩护目标补充火力分配的部署方案。首先详细介绍了补充火力分配的实现方法;其次根据防空导弹的杀伤特性,并对阵地环境等约束进行量化,在此基础上建立以火力覆盖度和拦截纵深为目标函数的区域防空部署优化模型;最后结合Baldwin效应改进memetic差分进化算法对模型求解。仿真结果证明,文中提出模型和算法能够很好的解决局部目标火力防护不足的问题。Aiming at the shortage of local target protection existing in the general rule based deployment in the regional air defense deployment,a deployment plan for replenishing the firepower distribution of important targets sheltering is proposed.First the realization method of fire distribution is presented;secondly according to the characteristics of air-defense missile,the position in the environmental constraints are quantified,based on which the regional air defense deployment optimization model is established taking fire coverage and interception depth as target function.Finally the model is solved by combing Baldwin effect of improved Memetic differential evolution algorithm.The simulation results show that the proposed model and algorithm can solve the problem of insufficient fire protection for local targets
