摘 要:针对某转管武器试验中出现开锁器断裂的问题,基于有限元理论对其进行强度分析,找出了故障发生的原因。然后以开锁器最大应力为目标,采用最优拉丁超立方设计方法对开锁器结构参数进行灵敏度分析。通过将对应力影响较大的结构参数作为设计变量,在质量变化较小的约束条件下,运用isight多学科优化技术集成ANSYS运行程序,采用梯度优化算法MMFD进行优化计算。优化结果显示开锁器最大应力大大降低,这对提高开锁器的使用性能具有一定参考价值。For the problems that the unlocking mechanism was destroyed in the course of the Gatling gun test,the strength of the unlocking mechanism was analyzed and the cause of failure was found based on the finite element theory. Taking the maximum stress as the objective,the optimal Latin hypercube design method was used to analyze the sensitivity of the unlocking mechanism. The structure parameters which have a greater influence on stress is taken as the design variables,the ANSYS running program is integrated with isight multidisciplinary optimization technique under small changes in quality constraints,the objective is optimized by using gradient optimization MMFD. The optimization results show that maximum stress is greatly decreased; and it provided reference for improving performance of unlocking mechanism.
