摘 要:介绍了非相干散射雷达功率谱的表达式及其与电离层参数的关系,给出了曲靖非相干散射雷达实测功率谱及反演电离层参数实例,分析了曲靖地区电离层电子密度、电子温度与离子温度的地方时变化特征.结果表明:随着高度增加,实测功率谱由单峰逐渐变化为双峰;反演的电离层F2层峰值高度在白天正午时具有较高值,200 km附近白天电子温度变化缓慢而日落后迅速下降,F2层峰值高度附近电子温度在早上与日落时具有两个峰值,离子温度没有显示出明显的日变化特征.本文研究结果增强了对电离层非相干散射探测技术的认识,显示了曲靖非相干散射雷达功率谱观测数据的重要科学价值.This paper presents the calculation formula of the power spectra by the incoherent scatter radar and its dependence on the ionospheric parameters. Some examples of power spectra measurements and inversed ionopsheric parameters from Qujing Incoherent Scatter Radar(QJISR)are presented. Then the diurnal variations of ionospheric electron density, electron temperature and ion temperature are analyzed. The results show that: the single hump of spectra shape become double humps with the increase of altitude. The peak height of F2 layer is higher at noon. The electron temperature at 200 km varies slowly during daytime and decrease quickly at sunset. The electron temperature near the peak height of F2 layer show two peak near sunrise and sunset. The ion temperature has not shown the obvious diurnal characteristic. The above results improve our understanding about the ionospheric incoherent scatter measurements and show its good prospect in the observation and research in the ionospheric low-latitude region of China.
