摘　　要：广西金川新锐气体有限公司KDON-31000/42000型空分设备配套空气增压机进口导叶存在故障,导致高、低温膨胀机组膨胀量达不到设计值,而且造成增压机及膨胀机组3次停机。简介增压机、膨胀机组、增压机导叶的技术参数,详细分析并确定了故障原因,阐述采取的解决方案以及处理效果。The fault in the inlet guide blade of the air booster completed for Model KDON-31000/42000air separation plant of Guangxi Jinehuan Xinrui Gas Co.,Ltd.results in failure of the expansion capacity of the high- temperature and low-temperature expanders set to reach the designed value and leads to 3 times of shutdown of the booster and the expanders set.The technical parameters of the booster,the expanders set and the booster guide blade are outlined,the causes for the fault are analyzed in details and ascertained,and the solution scheme and the correction effeets are described.
