摘　　要：空分设备开车或运行中,因分子筛带水、膨胀机增压端后冷却器窜漏、主换热器堵塞等造成空分设备无法运行或被迫停车。详细介绍故障现象和原因分析过程,阐述故障处理以及相应的预防措施。During starting or operation of the air separation plant,the carrying of water by the molecular sieve,the casing leakage of the cooler after the expander boost end,and the blocking of the main heat exchanger results in impossible operation or forced shutdown of the air separation system.Here,the faulty phenomena,the cause analysis process,the fault correction and corresponding preventive measures are detailed.
