摘　　要：35000m^3/h空分设备采用立式分子筛吸附器吸附净化加工空气,在运行过程中,吸附器出口空气中二氧化碳含量超标。利用停产检修机会更换吸附器的活性氧化铝和分子筛,在采取特殊再生后,分子筛吸附器恢复正常运行工况。简介分子筛纯化系统流程和运行情况,介绍吸附剂更换和特殊再生的具体方案与效果。In 35000m^3/h air separation plant,the vertical molecular sieve adsorber is used to absorb and purify the process air.During the operation process,the content of carbon dioxide in the air from the outlet of the adsorber exceeds the limit value specified by the standards.After replacement of active alumina in the adsorber and molecular sieve and the special regeneration during the shutdown and repair period,the molecular sieve adsorber is restored to its normal operation condition.The process and operation of the molecular sieve purification system is outlined and the specific scheme and the obtained effects of replacement and special regeneration of absorbent are described.
