摘　　要：国际收支调节管理是开放经济体实现内外部经济动态均衡发展的重要手段。当前需更灵活处理短期和中长期国际收支调节的关系,外汇管理工具箱中保留充分有效的资本流动管理手段,以应对短期的资本流动冲击。文章在概述国际收支调节理论的基础上,结合全球主要经济体实践经验和启示,对进一步完善我国国际收支调节管理提出建议。Adjustment of balance of payments is an important tool to achieve the internal and external dynamic equilibrium of an open economy.Currently,we need to be more flexible in dealing with the relationship between the short-term and medium-to-long-term adjustments of balance of payments,and retain effective capital flow management tools in the foreign exchange management toolbox to cope with short-term capital flow shocks. Based on the balance of payment adjustment theory and combining the practical experiences and enlightenments of major world economies,this paper makes suggestions on improving the balance of payments adjustment and management in China.
