摘 要:近些年,通道尺寸在微、毫米等级的连续流微通道反应器在化工领域得到了广泛的应用。这些反应器具有传质、传热快的特点,有利于反应过程精细化的控制,且连续流的实施可以避免由于反应过程中热量的急速积累给反应工艺带来的危险。由于反应器体积小,即使采用苛刻的反应工艺,整个过程的安全风险也大幅降低。本文介绍了一些文献中记载的利用微通道技术进行化学合成的过程,其中包含一些危险反应的例子。In recent years,continuous flow microchannel reactors with micrometer to millimeter size channels have been widely used in chemical industry.These reactors have the characteristics of fast mass transfer and heat transfer.Almost all materials can be mixed instantaneously and evenly in the reactor,and the danger caused by the rapid accumulation of heat in the reaction process can be avoided. Because of the small size of the reactor,the safety risk of the whole process is very low even if the rigorous reaction process is adopted. In this paper,the process of chemical synthesis using microchannel technology was described,including some examples of dangerous reaction processes.
