艾可清连续治疗24个月HIV感染者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察艾可清颗粒治疗艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者的短期和长期临床疗效。方法收集连续治疗24个月的HIV感染者85例,根据治疗方法的不同分为中医组(44例)、西医组(17例)和中西医组(24例),采用自身前后对照的方法观测记录治疗前和治疗后3、6、12、24个月的各项指标并对其分析。结果 CD4+T淋巴细胞(简称CD4细胞)计数中西医组治疗24个月与治疗前比较上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。临床症状体征总积分中医组治疗后各时点与治疗前比较均下降,除第12个月外,各时点差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西医组治疗后各时点均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);卡洛夫斯基积分中西医组各时点与治疗前比较均上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);安全性指标西医组治疗后白细胞计数(5.191 8±0.228 06)与治疗前(5.920 0±0.23744)比较下降,血小板计数治疗后(213.411 8±11.831 87)与治疗前(191.941 2±10.816 13)比较上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),余各项安全性指标治疗前后无差异(P >0.05)。中西医组白细胞计数治疗后(6.160 7±0.291 36)与治疗前(5.333 3±0.356 26)比较上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),余各项安全性指标治疗前后无差异(P >0.05)。中医组各项安全性指标治疗前后无差异(P >0.05)。结论长期服用艾可清颗粒可稳定和提高病人CD4细胞计数,明显改善临床症状体征,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the short-term and long-term clinical efficacy of Aikeqing granule in the treatment of HIV infected persons.Methods Information of 85 cases of HIV infection were collected who received continuous treatment for 24 months.According to the different treatment methods,the cases were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group(A),western medicine group(B)and Chinese western medicine group(C),to see the different indicators before and after the treatment for the time of 3,6,12,24 months.Results CD4+T lymphocyte counts of group C increased after 24 months(520.88±48.30)treatment with the difference(407.71±41.21)statistically significant(P<0.01).The total score of clinical symptoms and signs all decreased after treatment in group A,with the difference of each time point statistically significant(P<0.05),except for the 12 th month,and the treatment of group C also decreased at every time point,with the difference statistically significant(P<0.01).Karnovsky score integration of group C at each point all increased compared with those before the treatment,with the difference statistically significant(P<0.01).The WBC counts in group B decreased(5.191 8±0.228 06)compared with those before the treatment(5.920 0±0.237 44).The platelet counts after treatment(213.411 8±11.831 87)were higher than those before the treatment(191.941 2±10.816 13)with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in safety indicators before and after treatment(P >0.05).The leukocyte counts in group A and B(6.1607±0.291 36)increased compared with those before the treatment(5.333 3±0.356 26),with the difference significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the safety indicators of group A before and after treatment(P >0.05).Conclusion Long-term use of Aikeqing granule can stabilize and increase the patients’ CD4+T lymphocyte counts,improve their quality of life,and reduce HAART adverse reactions.
