摘　　要：目的近年中国大学生艾滋病疫情上升明显,主要是男男同性性行为传播。通过开发量表及时发现大学生中艾滋病预防意识不足的个体,为后续开展针对性的健康教育和干预提供参考。方法设计4个维度12个题项的量表,选取7所高校1 831名男性本科学生进行调查,分别采用临界比率值、Cronbachα系数、验证性因子分析,对量表进行题目区分度、信度、效度评价。使用SPSS 19.0和AMOS 21.0软件进行数据分析。结果设计的量表包括认知态度、情感心理、性幻想吸引、行为特征4个维度,12个题项,每个题项有4个尺度。12个题项的区分度P均<0.05,量表总体信度的Cronbachα系数为0.961,四个维度的Cronbachα系数分别为0.617、0.940、0.927、0.901。验证性因子分析显示,构想的4个维度、12个题项与数据拟合效果较好,因子载荷差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。结论设计的量表具有良好的区分度、信度和结构效度,可以用于评价大学生艾滋病预防意识情况。Objective To develop the potential risk assessment scale of AIDS related behaviors of college students so as to provide bases for improvement of effective intervention among college students.Methods The scale was designed with 12 items in 4 dimensions.A total of 1831 male undergraduate students from 7 universities were selected for the survey.The scale of the subjects was judged by the critical ratio,and the reliability was based on the Cronbach coefficient,and the validity was analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis.SPSS19.0,and AMOS21.0 software were used for data statistics and analysis.Results The 4 dimensions were designed for the scale including cognitive attitude,emotional psychology,sexual fantasy attraction and behavioral characteristics,with 12 items and 4 optional scales for each items with the differentiation of P< 0.05.Cronbach alpha coefficient of the overall reliability was 0.961 and the coefficients of the four dimensions were 0.617,0.940,0.927,and 0.901,respectively.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitting effect of 12 items and 4 dimensions was good,and the difference of factor loading was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The designed scale has good discrimination,reliability and structural validity,which can be used to evaluate the AIDS prevention awareness of college students.
