基层中医药信息数据集成管理与应用系统构建——以国药准字号中成药产品数据库为例

摘　　要：目的:探索大数据背景下适合于基层本地特色的中医药信息数据集成与应用系统开发。方法:基于Client/Server架构将不同主题的个性化中医药信息数据分门别类进行集成管理;基于Browser/Server架构开发中医药信息数据查询系统,实现中医药信息资源的网络共享应用。结果:将散存于不同结构、不同载体中的中成药产品信息集成了包含有"产品名称、处方组成、主治功效、用法用量、不良反应、药材味数、信息来源"等18个结构字段的结构型数据集合近60,000条,中成药品种共计10,068条。实现了同字段之间和不同字段之间精确或模糊逻辑检索。结论:该系统结构简单,适合基层中医医院及中医药研究院所开展数据集成管理和应用。Objective:To explore the development of Chinese medical information data integration and application system under the background of big data.Methods:Integrated management of individualized Chinese medical information data of different topics based on Client/Server architecture.Developing information data query system of Chinese medicine based on Browser/Server architecture to realize the network sharing application of Chinese medical information resources.Results:The product information of proprietary Chinese medicines scattered in different structures and carriers was integrated into 18 structures including "name,prescription,indications,usage,adverse reactions,precautions,information sources,etc.".The number of information sources dataset was nearly 60 thousand (a total of 10,068 Chinese patent medicine varieties)which achieved the same field and between different fields of precise or fuzzy logic retrieval.Conclusion:The system is simple and suitable for the management and application of data integration in the grass-roots hospital and Institute of traditional Chinese medicine.
