摘  要:目的:建立同时测定小建中汤颗粒中芍药苷、肉桂酸与甘草酸含量的方法。方法:采用多波长切换高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱;检测波长:230 nm(芍药苷)、285 nm(肉桂酸)及254 nm(甘草酸);流速:1 mL/min;柱温:25℃。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.181~3.614μg(R2=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为101.8%,RSD%=1.36%(n=6);肉桂酸进样量在0.005~0.101μg(R2=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.14%,RSD%=2.87%(n=6);甘草酸进样量在0.038~0.768μg(R2=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为101.4%,RSD%=1.73%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便、结果可靠、重复性好,可用于小建中汤颗粒的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method for determination the content of paeoniflorin,cinnamic acid and glycyrrhizic acid in Xiaojianzhong tang granules.Methods:The method of multi wavelength switching HPLC was used.The column was Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid,gradient elution;detection wavelength of 230 nm(paeoniflorin),285 nm(cinnamic acid) and 254 nm(glycyrrhizic acid);flow 1.0 mL/min;column temperature was 25 ℃.Results:Paeoniflorin injection volume within 0.181~3.614 μg(R2=0.9999) linear range,linear relationship was good,and the average recovery was 101.8%,RSD=1.36%(n=6);cinnamic acid injection volume within 0.005~0.101 μg(R2=0.999,9) linear range,linear relationship was good,and the average recovery was 97.14%,RSD=2.87%(n=6);glycyrrhizic acid injection volume within 0.038~0.768 μg(R2=0.999,9) linear range,linear relationship was good,and the average recovery was 101.4%,RSD=1.73%(n=6).Conclusion:This method is simple,reliable and reproducible,it can be used for quality control of Xiaojianzhong tang granules.
