社区健康指导对阴道炎患者治疗效果的提高作用分析

摘　　要：目的探究社区健康指导对提高阴道炎患者治疗效果的应用价值。方法 700例阴道炎患者,采用随机分配的方式分为对照组与研究组,每组350例。对照组患者在对症治疗的基础上发放健康手册,但不进行健康指导;研究组患者则在对症治疗的基础上接受社区健康指导。观察对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗1～3个疗程后,研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率为85.71%,显著高于对照组的62.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的遵医治疗率94.29%、正确用药率91.43%高于对照组74.29%、71.43%,复发率5.71%低于对照组的25.71%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区健康指导不仅能够促进阴道炎患者临床治疗效果的提升,同时对于减少疾病的复发具有显著效果,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To discuss the application value of community health guidance on improving treatment effect of vaginitis patients. Methods A total of 700 vaginitis patients were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 350 cases in each group. The control group received no health guidance, but health manuals on the basis of symptomatic treatment, and the research group received community health guidance on the basis of symptomatic treatment. The clinical treatment effects between two groups were observed and compared. Results After 1 course to 3 courses of treatment, the research group had significantly higher total effective rate of clinical treatment as 85.71% than 62.86% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The research group had higher compliance rate as 94.29%, correct medication rate as 91.43% than 74.29% and 71.43% in the control group, and lower recurrent rate as 5.71% than 25.71% in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Community health guidance can not only promote the clinical treatment of vaginitis patients, but also reduce the recurrence of disease. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
