摘 要:目的为了验证不同驱避剂对不同发育阶段和性别长角血蜱的驱避效果。方法本实验采用滤纸圈法测试了6种常用市售宠物驱避剂对幼蜱、若蜱、雌蜱和雄蜱的驱避效果。结果蜱虱消对幼蜱、若蜱和雄蜱均有较好的驱避效果,15min内的驱避率保持在50%左右;相对来说,仅蚤敌对雌蜱表现出一定的驱避作用,15min内的驱避率为17.6%,其他5种驱避剂对雌蜱则没有驱避作用;而蚤敌对幼蜱、若蜱和雄蜱均没有驱避作用。福来恩对所有发育阶段和性别的长角血蜱均没有驱避作用。结论蜱的不同发育阶段和性别对驱避剂表现出的敏感性不同。Objective To verify the efficiency of different repellents against different developmental stages and gender of Haemaphysalis longicornis. Methods Petri dish bioassay was employed to test the effect of six commonly used pet repellents in this study. Results Biocare was the most efficient repellent against larval,nympal and male ticks,and average repellent rates were maintained at 50% after 15 min. Zaodi demonstrated some repellent efficient against female ticks and the average repel rate was 17. 6%,while all other five drugs were failed to repel the females. Meanwhile,Biocare showed weak repellent against female ticks and Zaodi failed to repel larval,nympal and male ticks. Additionally,Fulaien held little repellent efficient against all developmental stages and gender. Conclusion Both the developmental stages and gender of Haemaphysalis longicornis showed different sensitivity to repellents.
