摘 要:目的研究山东省潍坊市城区淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,为该地区媒介蚊虫的防治提供参考依据。方法在媒介蚊虫流行季节采集潍城区、坊子区和奎文区淡色库蚊幼虫,利用幼虫浸渍法,测定淡色库蚊幼虫对4种杀虫剂的LC_(50),计算淡色库蚊对杀虫剂的抗性指数。结果潍城、坊子和奎文区淡色库蚊幼虫对氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数最高,分别为474.7、377和359.9,其次为溴氰菊酯,抗性倍数分别为179、172.9和169.5,3个地区淡色库蚊幼虫对敌敌畏和残杀威的抗性倍数均低于10。结论潍坊市城区淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂均已产生抗药性,其中对氯氰菊酯的抗性水平最高,在以后的防治中,应减少氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯的使用量,加强媒介蚊虫的综合治理。Objective To investigate the status of resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to four insecticides in Weifang City of Shandong Province,and provide reference for mosquito control. Methods During the vector mosquito epidemic season,larvae of Cx. pipiens pallens were collected in Weicheng( WC),Fangzi( FZ) and Kuiwen( KW)district. Larval impregnation method recommended by WHO was employed to determine LC50. Results In Weicheng,Fangzi and Kuiwen district,Cx. pipiens pallens larvae had the highest folds resistance to cypermethrin( 474. 7,377 and359. 9,respectively),followed by deltamethrin( 179,172. 9 and 169. 5 respectively). The resistance to dichlorvos and dichlorvos was less than 10. Conclusion Cx. pipiens pallens in Weifang City has generated various level of resistance to several commonly insecticides. Rotating chemical insecticides or selecting biological insecticides should be taken to prevent or delay the emergence and development of insecticidal resistance in mosquitoes.
