吡丙醚5%水乳剂和0.5%颗粒剂对淡色库蚊幼虫及蛹杀灭效果的观察

摘　　要：目的观察有效成分为吡丙醚的5%水乳剂和0.5%颗粒剂对淡色库蚊幼虫和蛹的杀灭效果,为蚊虫防治提供依据。方法选取Ⅲ龄期的淡色库蚊幼虫放入装有脱氯自来水的白瓷盆内,按推荐使用剂量施药于盆内,每天观察并记录施药后幼虫及蛹的死亡数和正常羽化虫数。结果1g/m25%吡丙醚水乳剂和10g/m20.5%吡丙醚颗粒剂对幼虫和蛹都有良好的杀灭效果,幼虫总死亡率分别为35.0%和27.3%,蛹死亡率均为100%,正常羽化为0。结论吡丙醚对淡色库蚊幼虫和蛹具有良好的杀灭效果,可用于蚊虫孳生地防治蚊虫,水乳剂对幼虫杀灭率略高于颗粒剂。Objective To explore the killing effect of two formulations of pyriproxyfen against the larvae and pupae of Culex pipiens pallens,and provide basis for mosquito control Methods The third instar larvae of Culex pipiens pallens were placed into white porcelain basins with dechlorinatedtap water,and recommended doses of pesticide were applied.The number of death and normal eclosion were observed and recorded every day.Results 1g/m 25% pyriproxyfen water emulsion(EW)and 10g/m 20.5% pyriproxyfen granule (GR)were effective in killing both larvae and pupae of Culex pipiens pallens.Larval mortalities with two formulations were 35.0% and 27.3% respectively,and pupal mortalities were both 100%,normal eclosionrates were both 0.Conclusion Pyriproxyfen is effective in killing the larvae and pupae of Culex pipiens pallens,and will be used in the management of mosquito breedings.
