摘 要:目的掌握深圳市大鹏新区白纹伊蚊抗药性的现状,为指导现场合理用药,提高防治效果提供理论参考和科学依据。方法2017年5—10月采集大鹏新区5个点的野外白纹伊蚊幼虫,经实验室混合饲养F1代,采用WHO推荐的幼虫浸渍法测定白纹伊蚊幼虫对6种杀虫剂的抗药性水平。结果大鹏新区白纹伊蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、双硫磷、残杀威和DDVP都产生了不同程度的抗药性,抗性倍数(R/S)分别为11.33、6.39、6.83、3.48、2.47、2.22倍。结论白纹伊蚊对6种杀虫剂产生的抗性除了高效氯氰菊酯产生中抗外,其余均处于低抗和敏感水平。Objective To investigate the resistance status of Aedes albopictus larvae,and provide scientific basis for using insecticides reasonably and improve the control effect. Methods Larvae of Aedes albopictus were collected in 5 sampling site,and were reared to F1 in the insectary. The larvae immersion method,recommended by WHO,was used to identify the resistance level of Aedes albopictus to six commonly used insecticides. Results Aedes albopictus larvae from Dapeng new district of Shenzhen developed some resistance to the tested insecticides,11. 33,6. 39,6. 83,3. 48,2. 47 and 2. 22 folds respectively to beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin,permethrin,temephos,propoxur and DDVP. Conclusion Among the six used insecticides,the resistance was higher to beta-cypermethrin,low to the others.
