摘 要:目的通过开展病媒生物监测,分析辖区主要病媒生物的种群、密度、分布及其消长规律,为科学防治提供依据。方法依据《全国病媒生物监测方案(试行)》设置监测点,分别采用笼夜法、笼诱法、诱蚊灯法、粘捕法调查辖区蚊、蝇、鼠、蟑种类和密度。结果鼠类有2目2科2属3种,平均密度为3.50%,褐家鼠为优势鼠种,占捕获总数的81.40%,以农贸市场鼠密度最高;蝇类有3科5属6种,总密度为1.72只/笼,家蝇、大头金蝇、麻蝇为优势蝇种,分别占捕获总数的63.87%、16.77%和11.94%,以农贸市场蝇密度最高,4—6月和10—12月为活动高峰期;蚊类有2属2种,总密度为0.30只/(灯·h),致倦库蚊为优势蚊种,占捕获总数的95.26%,不同生境蚊密度无明显差异,5—8月为活动高峰期;蟑螂有2科2属3种,密度为3.72只/张,德国小蠊为优势种,占捕获总数的96.38%,以农贸市场、餐饮场所为最高,5—10月为活动高峰期。结论辖区鼠蝇、蚊、蟑密度较往年明显下降,种群结构相对简单,农贸市场、餐饮等场所鼠、蟑监测密度不高,但是侵害率比较严重,且有逐年增高趋势。坚持以环境治理为主的综合防控措施,在关键时刻辅以化学防控工作,将蚊、蝇、鼠、蟑控制在不足为害的水平。Objective To investigate the population structure,density,distribution of vectors and their seasonal fluctuation in Baoan District of Shenzhen City,and provide scientific basis for vector control and prevention.Methods According to the "National vector prevention and control program (Trial)",the night trapping,cage trapping,light trapping,and stick paper were separately conducted to determine the species and population densities of mosquitoes, flies,rodents and cockroaches.Results Three species of rodents were captured,belonging to 2 genera,2 family,2 orders.The average density was 3.50%.Rattus norvegicus was the dominant specie,accounting for 81.40% of the total,and the highest .density occurred in farmer's market.Six species of fly were collected belonging to 5 genera,3 families,and the average fly density was 1.72 insects per cage.Musca domestica,Chrysomyia megacephala and Boettcherisca peregrina were the main species,respectively accounting for 63.87%,16.77% and 11.94% of the total.The highest fly density occurred in farmer's market.A two-peak in the periods from April to June and October to December was seen in a curve:-Two species of mosquito were captured,belonging to 2 genera The average mosquito density was 0.30 insects per lamp in an hour,and the density peaked from May to August.Culex quinquefasciatus was the dominant specie,accounting for 95.26% of the total.There was little difference in mosquito density in various environments.Two species of cockroach were captured belonging to 2 genera,2 families.The average cockroach density was 3.72 insects per piece,peaked from May to October.Blattella germania was the dominant specie,accounting for 96.38% of the total.The highest density occurred in farmer's markets;Conclusion The density of vectors significantly decreased with years,vector population structure was relatively simple,the density of rodents and cockroaches were low,but their infestation were high in farmer's market and restaurant.Comprehensive prevention including environmental management integra
